Xavi Offers Classy Response to Lucho's Comments on Barça's Style

Barça Midfielder Admits to Facing Uncertain Future at Club

PSG Coach Believes His Team is Built to Win the Champions League

Barcelona midfielder Xavi has responded in a classy manner to comments made by former manager Luis Enrique about the club's style of play. Xavi, who is currently playing for Al Sadd in Qatar, said that he understands Lucho's point of view but disagrees with his assessment.

"I think Lucho is a great coach and I respect his opinion," Xavi told Spanish newspaper Marca. "But I don't agree with him when he says that Barça's style of play is outdated. I think it's still the best way to play football and it's the way that Barça has always played."

Xavi's comments come after Lucho said in an interview that he believes Barça's style of play is "too predictable" and that they need to "change their approach" if they want to compete for major trophies again.

Xavi, however, believes that Barça's style of play is still the best way to win trophies. "I think we have the best players in the world and we can beat any team if we play our best football," he said.

Xavi also admitted that he is facing an uncertain future at the club. His contract with Al Sadd expires at the end of the season and he has yet to decide whether he will stay at the club or return to Barça.

"I'm happy at Al Sadd and I'm grateful for the opportunity to play here," Xavi said. "But I'm also a Barça fan and I would love to one day return to the club. We'll see what happens in the future."

In the meantime, Xavi is focused on helping Al Sadd win the Qatar Stars League title. The club is currently top of the table and Xavi has been in excellent form this season.
